Acceptance:
We will notify you if you are accepted. When you are accepted, send us your payment of the school's $1,995.00 International Student Fee, and we will prepare an I-20 Form for you, usually within 2 business days. Please arrange for someone to pick it up or give us mailing instructions. After you receive your I-20 Form, before you can apply for a visa, the INS requires you to pay the SEVIS I-109 fee. The INS advises that the fastest way to get the required receipt for this fee is to pay it online at www.fmjfee.com. With your I-20 form and your I-109 receipt, you are ready to apply for a student visa at your local U.S. Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Office. Please read the Refund Policy below.
Registration:
As soon as you receive your visa, you must notify us and confirm your space with a Registration Fee, Wildshaw Foundation contribution, and the first tuition payment. International Students may use Plan A or Plan B of our Tuition Schedule. You are not eligible for Plan C. (All of these plans are explained on our Tuition Information page). Only when you have a confirmed space with these payments are you in status with U.S. Immigration policy. The school can not guarantee a space until the above fees have been paid.
Refund Policy:
Before you ask the school to prepare an I-20 Form, it is important that you inquire about applying for a student visa from your local U.S. Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Office. You should check to see what you need to do to be sure about receiving a student visa. Please ask how easy or difficult it is to obtain a student visa.
If your visa is denied, the school will make a refund of $1500.00 USD, provided you comply with all of the following requirements:
- Return the original I-20 Form to the school
- Show proof of denial from U.S. Immigration
- Write a request to the school requesting a refund
Present these materials within three months of the date of issue on the I-20 Form. Please note that the school keeps a portion from your original payment as a processing charge. The school makes no refund of any other payments, including tuition. Refunds are usually given within 30 days of receipt of all of the above materials.
